  1. Creative Crab Balls

  3. 1/2 lb. crab meat
  4. 1-1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
  5. 1 egg (beaten)
  6. 2 Tbls. cocktail sauce
  7. 2 Tbls. mayonnaise
  8. 2 Tbls. green onion (minced)
  9. 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  10. 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  11. Dash red pepper
  12. Dash black pepper
  13. 1 cup potato chips (crushed)

  15. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except potato
  16. chips; mix well. Cover; chill for 1 hour. Form mixture
  17. into 36 balls, using rounded teaspoon for each. Roll in
  18. crushed potato chips; place on baking sheet. Bake in
  19. preheated 425 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until
  20. hot and golden brown. Serve with cocktail sauce.
